We are currently seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer who designs installation of semiconductor package/module for our network computer systems offering.

The Mechanical Engineer also evaluates feasibility and cost of refurbishing design and application, and oversees installation, assembly, and repair of computer parts for refurbishing. Qualified candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or its foreign equivalent plus 2 years experience in semiconductor packaging.
